Vos Missions
Client relationship management
- Organize and participate in project kick-off meetings
- Send order confirmations and technical documentation
- Validate the plant layout with the customer
- Lead follow-up meetings during the project
- Collect data on electrical power supply
- Coordinate delivery, unloading and final acceptance signature
Project execution management
- Handover from commercial team
- Plan and monitor project budget
- Define plant architecture (instrumentation and power)
- Monitor site progress
- Coordinate delivery, installation and commissioning phases
- Manage invoicing and payment collection
Quality and compliance control
- Ensure compliance with local standards and regulations
- Validate civil works and technical prerequisites
- Draft the site safety plan
- Manage additional material deliveries
- Collect and archive site documentation
Continuous improvement
- Organize project feedback sessions
- Analyze project issues
- Propose improvements for products and processes
Profil recherché
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Process or Chemical Engineering
At least 5 years’ experience in industrial project management
Autonomous, well-organized, customer-focused
Strong technical awareness, risk management, and cost control skills
Fluent professional English; German is a plus
Experience in biogas or related sectors (e.g., Oil & Gas) is a plus
