To support its very strong growth, we are looking for Product Managers in our « Energy Storage » Business Unit.
The group counts 4000 collaborators but you will be joining a special Business Unit (BU) of 60 experts dedicated to Energy Storage. With the strength, network and factories of a century- old, it thinks, feels and operates as a start-up, in agile mode. So it handles the complete value chain: marketing, design / R&D, Sales & Business Development, Project Management, Supply Chain. In the Energy Storage BU, you will be joining a strong & committed team, a community of experts, a special spirit, a group with a mission.
As a Product Manager, you are fully empowered and a direct part of our client’s success. You analyze the market trends, you understand customer needs, you contribute strategically to the roadmap, you launch solutions, and you manage their entire life cycle, you help to open new markets (US, Asia) and new segments (Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure equipped with Storage…)
- Market analysis
Identify growth opportunities and take part in the creation of the product roadmap, monitor competition and market trends actively.
- Marketing plan
Create our communication strategy and contribute to the visibility of the company.
Define the specifications and the marketing mix of new offers, including the IoT environment.
Take part in promotion / training actions for internal teams and provide operational support
Take part in the improvement of the customer journey.
- Project / product follow-up
Ensure the marketing follow-up of development projects.
Define and manage turnover and margin objectives.
This position is ideal for a creative individual wishing to join a collective venture at the heart of the energy and digital transition.
You are coming from a technical background, ideally from Renewable Energies, preferably supplemented marketing training. Or you are not an engineer, but you are a solid expert on Marketing Renewables… Above all, it is your potential and your energy that is of interests to the client.
You are curious, open, creative, motivated by the idea of joining a team with a real mission, an international structure, dynamic, innovative, very friendly and on which you will have a real impact.
You will benefit from a complete training path based on your skills and experience.
The position is ideal to be filled near Strasbourg (20mn by train), but if you manage to be a real team member, it is not mandatory either. However, you would be missing the opportunity to be living in a European capital (1h42 from Paris by TGV), with its exceptional quality of life!
Fluent French and English is mandatory as international business trips are expected periodically (2 days per month).
Remuneration: Commensurate with experience
