Vos Missions
You will undertake some of the responsibilities, tasks and duties listed below:
- Lead and manage storage or hybrid projects with merchant and contracted revenue streams, while ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budget.
- Collaborate with all internal stakeholders including financial, dispatch modelling, technical, insurance, legal or tax teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Structure project routes to market including merchant revenue stacking and/or contracted Component,
- Identify risks and define associated management strategies including deep analysis on market design and regulation.
- If relevant, look for local partners/investors and structure partnership agreements.
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring effective communication and alignment among team members and stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may impact project delivery.
- Manage project documentation, including project charters, schedules, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and quality assurance processes.
- Support bid submission and/or prepare decision-making processes: investment committees, financial close, start of construction, etc.
- Analyze the international storage / hybrid market to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
Profil recherché
- 5-10 years of project management and/or business finance in renewable energy.
- Master’s Degree in Engineering or Finance.
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the storage / energy sector.
- In-depth knowledge of electricity markets, including market structures, pricing mechanisms, and regulatory frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of the international storage market, including key players, trends, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence potential stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business opportunities and associated risks.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Open-minded attitude, with the initiative to identify and contribute to tasks beyond immediate scope of responsibilities.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, combined with a structured mindset, attention to detail and project management skills.
- A positive « can-do » attitude with a flexible approach to work.
- Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions.
- Good business acumen.
- Ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Be comfortable interacting with executive-level management.
- Fluent in English and French.
